We are so sorry that our products didn’t let you satisfied. We do accept a return or exchange request within 14 days from the delivered date.

Note:  If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. after receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your returned item. (If no refund is received within 20 days, please contact your bank for more details)

Order Cancellation
a. For orders cancelled before it’s shipped, we will offer a full refund, hassle free.
b. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has been shipped. Please request return after receiving the package.

Fees for return of defective Products ( Damages and issues )
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective products, we offer free return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is $0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is $0.00

Fees for return because of customer remorse ( For your responsibility )
For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. This means the return shipping fee needs to be paid by you. Please note that we don’t accept returned items with significant signs of use.
