All the order are qualified for free USPS Ground Domestic shipping. 

  • Handling Time
    For in stock items, our handling time is within 2 business days.
  • Transit Time
    3-5 Business Days
  • Order Cut-off Time
    Mon-Fri 5 P.M. CST

Please note:

  • Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 100% of your payment to you.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The status of your order can be reviewed in your account dashboard.
  • It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system.
